I believe it does, you will be cleared from swap once the person you send it to says they have received it.

You can only do one swap at a time. You cannot claim another swap until you are cleared for the current swap. After you have completed and been cleared of seven swaps, you are free to swap unrestricted for current swaps only, limit of ten swaps per week. You can swap eggs or PP for current swap clearance. You have to be cleared of ten current egg only swaps in order to be unrestricted to offer future eggs (more than two weeks out).
