Peach recipes please!

I just bought a case of peaches!

I froze about half but would like to make some goodies! Anyone have a recipe for peach cookies or mini peach pies? Or any good ole peach recipe would do. Please help me

I've got a recipe at home for peach struesel muffins, which are very good. I'll try to remember to post it for you.

peach cobbler mom's way:

slice peaches, toss with brown sugar, cinnamon, a little water and tapioca pearls.
pour into a buttered dish (I use casserole size)

then for top; mix bsiquick, white sugar and milk in to a manageable dough and cover top of peaches with big flat chunks of it, sprinkle more white sugar on top.

bake at 350 until top is done through.

Ooh, when the local farmstand gets fresh peaches in I plan on making peach jam this year!!
