Is it okay that there are Peach Trees in the Chicken Run?

Yesterday, I learned that peach trees are poisonous, the leaves are anyway, and that they could kill cattle. I also realized that we planted, like, 6 months ago, that we planted peach trees in the run, thinking the chickens would help the trees thrive. Summer is ending right now, where I am, and this fall, the leaves will fall off the peach tree. Will my chickens eat the leaves and die from it? Does anyone else have any experience with this? Thank you!

Yes they will eat the leaves if they are green or yellow. Just be careful of small peaches because of the pits they could get lodged in the chickens throat .

I have two peach trees in my chicken run and this year was a bumper crop.

Thank you for letting me know! I'll admit, I feel relieved that I don't have to transplant those trees, lol.
