I have dealt with many legs issues this season and most chicks got very well, two days ago this guy hatched with terrible spradlle legs, after tying his legs his right are fine now but the left one still bad, he is depending on his right leg when walking, and his left leg is still going towards left side, anyone has suggestion?

That looks like it could be a slipped tendon or twisted tibia. Can you post a close up picture of it's hock?

That won't get better on it's own, pretty sure of that. IMO, the only chance it has is for you to immobilize that leg, maybe splint it and keep it in a sling until it heals. The scab on the hock will most likely cause a joint infection, which there is very little chance of recovering from.
