Peachicks lice?

@WVduckchick any thoughts? Does it sound like lice and if so any further ideas about treatment?

Oh you must completely spray with pyrethrin where ever they are living and clean out, throw out all bedding (I would burn it) the lice lay eggs of course so totally keep an eye on it, spray the babies a couple shots especially on their rear ends then move them to clean area/housing...then repeat if you see more

This is a natural product BTW

I agree with the permethrin, but @casportpony and @KsKingBee are more experienced with peas. I don't know if there may be special considerations.

Duck, chickens, peas, whatever... permetrin. Ivermectin could also be used, but peas this young need lice removed ASAP, and ivermectin can take up to 72 hours to kill all lice.

Absolutely! As I'm googling, I see poultry protector as a more gentle lice treatment. Any experience with that? I see tractor supply has it. Just don't want to get something to strong if they don't have the dust.
