Mine do great in cold weather, just a barn to go in, no heat. Now the greens or real high % spalding will need heat, reason I don't keep greens.

In Ohio we do get some cold winters.....

Peahens make a mating call? Is it as loud as the male? I have only heard my adult male make that "eeeeoooow" mating call when he was chasing a peahen.

Did it seem like I was poking fun at people? Sorry I swear that is not how I entended it at all. I seriously missread actually twice I messed up reading it but I did read it all, and I was truely wondering if peahens had there own form of mating calls...Which is why I read it twice because I couldn't believe it and therefore I posted that post.

I promise I wasn't messing around and did not intend to make it seem like I was poking fun of people I just made a stupid mistake when reading one word. I am really really sorry if I offended anyone or made it seem like I didn't care about the post I really do care. Sorry everyone;)

Anyways back on topic:
Deerman I love the snow picture! It doesn't snow here so I always love snow pictures. I think it is amazing how peafowl can even be out in the snow with no problem.
