.... perhaps, ... the white blue eyed peacock is THE albino peacock !

Can't be albino. For an animal to be an albino they must have no pigment in the fur or plumage, the skin, and the eyes.
Leucistic is the lack of pigment in the fur or plumage. Just like a White tiger is a leucistic gene. There's also a Leucistic gene in snakes. Not sure why some have blue eyes and some brown though. Blue eyes is linked with the leucistic gene.

Problem .... leucistic birds often have colored beak and legs colorful!

I've never seen a white peacock with beak and gray legs !

Pied peacock = partial leucistic.... pied leucistic.
Some peacocks have partial leucistic legs and beak ! .... not all of them !

WOW Dany12, you've struck paydirt. This is the color variation a person here in the US is trying to perfect. There is a thread or 2 here on backyard chickens regarding it with pictures from the owner of the peafowl. These are gorgeous pictures you've found. Click on the picture after clicking the link you posted and you'll get the website with 4 other pictures of this beautiful rare peacock and story about it if you can read the foreign language, LOL!!!

I believe I once read something about a white peacock with colored eyes that was rumored to exist in private aviaries in China. However there was no proof/photos of them.
