Thanks.

I couldn't sleep last night until after I weighed them. I kept hearing your voice (never heard your voice before but you get the point) in my ear asking me, "Did you weigh them"? :lau So, I didn't want you coming after me in a nightmare last night, so I HAD TO weigh them. :gig

I am unsure if I will incubate my Peafowl eggs that i am getting now. I know about sleep, Yesterday I was up for 30 plus hours, I am working overnights right now so that happens on my first day off, We work 12 Shifts so I only work 14 days a month and out of those 14 two are 8 hrs shifts. So I have lots of day's off and with my Job i am also able to stop home and check on things. I do need to slow down also, I have quite the bird collection now and it does take up a lot of time along with regular homesteading chores.

At one time, I was in bed for 9:00 PM. I have to get up at 5:30 AM to do the AM chicken chores and then head off to work at 7:00 AM and I don't get off until 5:00 PM. I didn't go to sleep at 9:00 PM, but at least I was in bed watching all of my CSI, Snapped, Murder/Mystery kinda TV shows. That was part of my relaxation. Now, I'm getting in at 11:00 PM after doing chores, picking eggs in a gazillion different places, caring for new babies, bottle feeding the 2 lamb, cleaning brooders, and the list goes on and on and on.

Glad to hear that the toes will straighten out. I was worried. I thought that I did something with the humidity. And I will leave the plugs in. Do you know what causes that?

Thanks for the tips on the toes and plugs.

I just saw what toe you were speaking , I thought you ment the first white one, if it is not double joined I bet you could tape it to hold it straight, I had 2 hens that were double jointed with one toe on the right foot, I sold them

On lockdown now with the eight viable eggs, they're due Sunday and the Cochin's five are due next Wednesday.
