It is hard to make a call on the mispositioned ones, I just kinda went with my gut feeling. all went well but here I sit with a chick I have to still do things for like hobbles and couldn't never get her inter toes correct
Would a picture of the egg be helpful? My gut says wait until day 28, but if someone could look at a picture and say "that's a malposition", I might try to help it. It's still moving, but I already lost two from waiting too long, so I really would like some advice on this.

Here you can see the chick pressing against the membrane, but it's not through it. It's day 27, all other chicks are out.

Here you can see some veins

More veins

And another like the first

Please, would love to hear from everyone on this!

I am sorry. I think if I were in your position I would be asking for advice to! That thin line between too soon and too late is a dangerous one! I wouldn't wait too much longer before at least trying though.

Leave it a couple more days, both time when I decided to toss an egg at 28 days it was alive, how ever when I did toss one that I thought was bad and it was and it still had red veining looked just like your photo, heck I had one hatch at 30 days.
