peahen with drooping wings

This hen is driving me bananas because she is still drooping the wings slightly at times and I have given her 2 days in row the calcium gluconate 2 times. When I held her to give her the meds I flipped her upside down and felt her abdomen and around the vent and felt no egg. (Not that I am a vet). She is not lethargic and doesn't want me to pick her up. Is there anything else that would make her have droopy wings?
Also, speaking of Vets... None of the Avian vets near me will take Peafowl due to bird flu! I am at a loss and don't want to lose her if this turns fatal. I have increased calcium and gave crushed Vitamin D. I also have her on a layer feed and have been giving her crushed egg shells with boiled eggs and a side of oyster shell and KIWI. This is so frustrating. Sorry to be a pain!
Peas also droop their wings when they are hot so that could also be the case. To check for an egg, lube your finger and insert it into the vent no more than up to the first joint to feel an egg, it will be above the vent. If you can not feel the egg then there is no egg waiting to be expelled. Here in Kansas, the egg laying has almost stopped entirely.
