"Pearl" colored eyes????

As stated above, it's recessive. If you cross pearl with pearl, you will get all pearl. If you cross pearl with red, you will get all red. If your birds are asil, and they have red eyes, possibly the red is masking pearl, and, if you cross your birds, some chicks may have pearl eyes. I don't know if it shows in the chicks or not.
