Pecking Injury?

Beth has a scab on her eye, I seen her kind of scuffle with the Rooster yesterday but I am just nervous and want some added advice for her. I separated her and she is eating and drinking fine, normal poop, breathing fine so I am just curious if anyone thinks this is the start of something more serious or just a pecking injury

As best I can tell from that picture it is a pecking injury. I would apply antibiotic ointment and return her to the flock.

Do you think I should let her eye heal and then put her in or just put her in?

The longer she is kept out of the flock the greater the chance of fighting when she is reintroduced. The pecking order is fluid, and position is challenged daily.
