Pecking Injury?

I think my chicken got pecked? It's my first incident. What do I do? Should I seperate her? Seperate the offender if I find her?

The injuries on the face suggests this is probably due to being in a scuffle. The swelling should go down a few days.

They're so minor, no more then plain Triple Antibiotic Ointment will do.
