Alright, I got the stuff that you guys are recommending, gave the medicine water (aka the stuff with the vitamins and some other things in it) and yes, they got medicated chick feed. It’s actually the only thing we have atm. Everybody else is good.

You need to refrigerate the body and make arrangements to send it for testing.

It would be very good if you could get Mom or your Grandpa involved in helping you read up on chickens diseases and caring for sick chickens.
I'm very sorry they are not doing well, you will have to give them supportive care to see if they will improve and that's a lot for one person to do, so if you can get someone else to help you along the way, that would be great. You can have a Chick Care Team
