Peeling fresh boiled eggs

OMG I finally was able to peel a fresh egg. Add eggs to boiling water cook 15 mins. then put in a ice bath. Thanks for awesome info, I read the threads yesturday and gave it a try today...

Yes, I agree, that is the only way I will make hard boiled eggs. I even make soft boiled ones and don't cool them so much (because I like to eat them when they're still warm) and they peel nicely, as well. Good luck!
