thanks for all the helpful tips. i'm learning more and more daily. but i should have known that newspaper would make it hard for walking. i didn't have a hatch draw before i used a little giant for the hatching. with my 1202 gqf i have a hatch tray and i figure newspaper would be good and easy cleanup. i like the shelf liner idea. but until then i have papertowels in there and he is a lot better today. i put him in the brooder box today with old tee shirts for him to walk on and he look a lot better and gets around better to. thanks for the web sites as well. all the information is great. thank a million to all to gave me advice i will put a pic on later of him.

OH YEH, HUGE IMPROVEMENT now that he's got strength. EXCELLENT JOB CHICKEN MOM... boy his cute...
