Peep with growth? Advice/help please

Hi, we purchased a baby chick yesterday. At first we thought she was a runt, but Upon further look, she has a big bump on her neck. Looks kind of like a blister. She can't bend her head really, so you have to water/feed her. She doesn't walk well either. But she is a sweet heart.It's almost clear and you can see veins thru it. Has anyone seen anything like this? I'm not really sure what to do for her.

It could be her crop if it is on the right upper chest under the neck. Other possibilities could be a leaking air sac under the skin, or she was pecked or injured, and it is swollen. Pictures can help a lot to identify things that you see. Welcome to BYC.

Thank you for your help. I have tried posting 3 pictures, but for some reason they won't come up. I'm worried about her. I can get her to drink, but the only thing I can get her to eat is raw egg. I will keep trying with pictures
