OOOh I cant to see pictures--of course my grand babies but the duckies! I only have 1 duck but boy they steal my heart looking so yummy squishy and lovable!!

yeah, my whole fith grade class cant wait to see em hatch and i got detention for talking about it!

No more pips this morning, and no more hatches. I did crack the incubator to remove the 5 hatched birds so far, and added a bit more water to the tray.
Those now in the brooder are the sweetest little birds. The one that I think might be at least part silkie kept crawling into my hand and settling down comfortably. The one that hatched from the bantam egg is terrorizing the ducks and using them for pillows, and the stripey one is bossing all the rest (and me) around in a manner that rivals the FLYING CHICKEN OF DOOM known as Rhonda.
