Short video the kids shot last night when we came hope... warning - Lots of peeping!

Hello! Congrats on the new chicks! The kids look as cute as the chicks are........I love Meyer...I'm about an hour away from them, and I often pick up small orders......Looks like you're all prepared. Just wish it wasn't so cold here in Ohio.

Good for all of your peeps!

Insanely cute! Just a word about Meyer -
I can't say enough about how nice they are and how p-a-t-i-e-n-t they have been
with me! I live in Georgia and I am about to get a second order from them. They
have helped me if by nothing else, listening to all of my questions and tolerating my
new chicken-ness! The first order was the Rainbow Pullet Pack and what fun it has
been trying to I.D. those girls; next on the way is the Rare Layers. My husband has
implied I might be a chicken hoarder!!!

Good luck with your flock!

Agreed!

I buy the bedding at the feed store. It's pine shavings. They need something to grip or they get splayed feet. Even the paper towel is too smooth.

Love the little black one in the next too last photo!!! He/she is cocking his head to the side trying to figure out what that big thing is that makes noise!!!

Thanks for your feedback but what you can't see is the airplane wire that supports the light fixture and will not allow it to drop..

I added the wire prior to the peeps because I thought about the same thing.

See...I didn't need to worry!
