No be careful cleaning them. No chemicals.

I think is was @AnnaWolf building a new coop? I, same as @chickengr only have a place for them to sleep as they are free range. I have 2 coops (bedrooms), if you are interested I can post pictures.
This is my poop trap - polythene under the roost, which I just swipe every other day. There are holes in the 4 ends of the nylon/polythene and it hangs on hooks which are easily detached to clean.

I tried this method with a tarp but it is too hot here and it stinks. I put dirt on the coops floor, sometimes pine needles, works better in my climate.

I borrowed a covatutto 108 incubator and I like it. only a few eggs did not start developing, probably infertile.

I have wood chips on the chicken floor, but without a poop trap I need to clean them every week and when it rains - even more often. Plus I have Silkies who sleep on the floor, so it needs to be kept clean. Do you have pictures of your coop?
Tell me more about Covatutto? I am interested.. Did I tell you, after an email and 3 phone calls (in Italian language) they finally responded to me with "Read the PDF instructions of the incubator which are on our website. Shipping over 200EUR is free in Europe." :) Not typical Italian response :)

I am afraid it is typical italian. I lived in italy some time.

this incubator is not automatic although there is automatic as well. I turn the eggs 2x a day. it is not digital so no cooking eggs. there is no hygrometer and I had to put a bigger water dish than its original. I don't mind humidity as I can see that no broody can provide 65% humidity and the chicks still hatch.
