Pekin bleeding around shoulder area

Is this a spray on or cream? Cream would be so difficult to get on, but I'd be willing to give it a try. Do you recommend a certain name, or just anything that would be used for athletes foot? I can't remember the names of the antibiotics, but it was two different ones.

It comes in both Tolfanate probably spelled wrong but there are many different brands.Even generic

Can you tell me whether this is something I pick up at the drug store, or a vet, or where best to get it? Thank you!

It’s over the counter. I just want you to know I have no idea if it will help but you might as well try something else before heading in another direction. I hope it will. Did the vet do a skin scraping?

Thank you for your suggestions. I will pick that up tomorrow and give it a try. It's obviously not necrotic dermatitis, which was the one idea the vet had, as she's still alive and well. I didn't do a skin biopsy as we were trying the antibiotic first. Honestly, I just can't spend a lot more money trying to figure out what this mystery disease is, so I don't think I can go down the biopsy route. Plus the poultry vet is 40 minutes away, and it was such a stressful journey for Penny! Maybe that sounds bad, but we've already been financially stressed for a couple years due to great lengths we went to for our dog, who didn't make it in the end. These decisions are really hard to make.

They really are we have been down that route with our dogs too.

That is why maybe trying some OTC things and see how they do. They maybe our guinea pigs but we never know what might work till we try. Hey do you have any Pierces Nu-Stock? that is another possibility.

Definitely. I looked at my other duck this morning and I didn't really see the issues I saw yesterday. Could be because she was wet yesterday and I could see under the down more easily? Hoping that it was all in my imagination!
