Looks like a drake feather to me too but a better pic would be nice.
 
My daughter gave the ducklings their first sailing and music lessons yesterday. If they pulled the string for the sail, they were rewarded with lettuce bits. They were also rewarded for touching the black knob on the drum pedal. They caught on really quickly!!

I got one that is around that age not exactly sure but they are all around 4 or 5 weeks.
