I'd love to come join in here! I have 2 Pekins - one of them ended up being a Jumbo by mistake but I don't mind! My Pekin girl is "Yangtze" and my Jumbo Pekin girl is "Ping". Yangtze is definitely the most loveable, silly one - full of personality. Ping is a little more reserved and mellow. Today we dug up some of the earth in the yard and they went crazy getting earthworms.

I know my ducks love carrots that are cut up very, very small..i have a slicer that almost puree's them. I have tried tomatoes, bananas, green peppers...they wont eat them. I even tried avocado the other day..they didnt touch it. So I would love to hear what other people feed as treats!

My ducks pretty much like anything green - lettuce, kale, cucumbers, etc. but they go absolutely CRAZY for peas! I get big bulk bags of frozen peas and thaw them out - they love them!

i have a question about Pekins. i bought my first 2 about 3 weeks ago and i have noticed a crazy amount of growth from them but they have no feathers they are about 75 % white now and have no feathers just big white fuzz balls. I dont know if this is normal and im being in patient or am i doing something wrong. also they are about 6 weeks old just taking a wild guess.
