Pekin Duck Club!

I'm curious about these "diapers" that I've seen mentioned here. It makes me laugh thinking about it but think it's a great idea! I can't wrap my imagination around what they look like. I have 2 Pekin ducklings that are 4-5 weeks old would love for them to hang out inside on occasion but it would be hard to follow them around the whole time with a pooper scooper does anyone have pics of their babies in diapers?

I ordered one from PartyFowl a couple months ago. I don't have any pictures of my pekin ducks wearing it, but here's a few pictures of my goose. She doesn't mind wearing it at all.

Do you think 3 weeks old is to earlier to let them into duck enclosed and keep them in duck house? Also they have had a small pool of water maybe 16" round by 2" deep - when can a give them a deeper pool of water yo swim in ( turn kiddie pool they have been living in, into their pool)?

I do think 3 weeks is a little too soon. I would keep them in the brooder at least 4 weeks. Deeper water at about 30-45 days old when they are fully feathered.

So my friend just rescued a duck and wanted to know if I wanted it. I am trying to figure out what kind of duck it is. Please help!!!

Looks like a black Swedish duck

I have 2 Peking ducks about 3 weeks old, will those 2 types of ducks get along with them. I'm not sure hold old teh duck is that she found but it looks young.
Is there anyway this duck could be a Muscovy?

Ummm i dont think so it should get along with the others but at first theyll peck at eachother but en theyll b ok

Keep the new one separate for now. New ducks are often quarantined, depending on where they came from (was he or she rescued from a store where no one wanted him or her? or a pond, where the duckling could have been exposed to disease or parasites?

When introducing, it is best for the ducks to be close to the same size. But they benefit from being able to see each other, separated by a temporary fence. You may want to get a fecal test done to check for parasites and protect your others.
