If they aren't fertile they aren't going to hatch anyway. I'd take all her eggs at least till you see them mating everyday it still can take a week or so, so just take the eggs eat them bake with them and Then in about a week crack open another and see what's there. She'll keep laying for a while then take a break . but she'll start back up again. And she may never go broody you just never know with Pekins.
