Pekin duck has raspy/lost voice, whats going on?

Hey yall, one of my pekins has developed this raspyness/ lost its quack. Im not sure if it's getting sick or if its getting its male voice. Im unsure if my 2 are male or female. Theyve just recently come into their adult feathers. Yet neither have the male tail feather. The other quacks fine. They both eat a TON. Still play in the pool multiple times a day. Shit EVERYWHERE. It seems to be doing just fine othe¹1r than this raspyness. Im not sure what's going on. It's our first time owning ducks but we are trying to learn everything we can and obviously do right by them. IE why im asking the internets opinion. If it's sick then I need to know so that I can contact my vet. Any ideas?

It is not sick but a boy. Boys have raspy voices that sound like they have a sore throat.
