Pekin Ducks ... Fully Grown In 30 Days? Also *Sexing*

I've purchased 4 ducks pekin . I believe 3 are male and one is a female. Can they all be tougher without hurting the female ? Or should I separate them?

In the future, I would suggest posting your own thread. This thread is over 5 years old and you will unlikely get a response from the people on it.

To answer your question, yes, they will need to be separated. The female will get overmated. You will want to get her a female friend to keep her company when they are separated. Another option if you are not interested in eggs, is to rehome the female and have an all drake flock.

My rouen ducks and Pekins are doing great 9 weeks old. Still don't know about the pekins, one has a big curl , another none ,one kinda and they all have raspy voices..love them thoight..
