@Miss Lydia How much of this would you use for an older duckling?
Ducks and ducklings need 55 mg of niacin per 1 kg of food, or about 10 mg per duck per day. Those numbers are for maintenance. OP's duckling already have a bad case of pigeon toe so he/she'll need much more than that.

I believe the OP has Bob's Red Mill yeast, which I believe is nutritional yeast. (I have one too from Bob's Red Mill.) Nutritional yeast has the highest niacin content of all food I know.
If it's baking yeast, then ofc you're right.
