Probably true, but for trying to drain fluid from any duck, I wouldn't want to use anything shorter than 1.5 inches.Except Runners
Please post pics so we can see what your talking about.
I suggest using a 30 ml or larger syringe, and a needle that is 14 gauge. If you're lucky, draining the fluid might extend her life for a few months, but the fluid will return.
