Now I have a question, When you left-out your "friday the 13th" scream...were you in the hammock w/ your DH?...they always "get-it" in a hammock!

Everywhere a Roo Roo. hee hee

Guess what?!!! My Orpingtons who have not given me an egg since SEPTEMBER, and who have been teasing me with the 'egg song' for about 2 weeks, finally gave me an egg this morning!!!!! Guess what DH had for breakfast?... Seriously?....there are 3 dozen eggs in my fridge. He eats the Orpington egg sitting on the counter. ARRRRGH!!

After a few days of self imposed exile in the Coop (I opened it, they don't like snow), they were sure anxious to get out this morning! Hopefully they will reward me with some eggs! Mine have gone on strike the last few days.
It is like I have a whole new flock (which I do not ... Yet). Everyone running outside without qualm, dust bathing. OH! The dust bathing! I have only seen it a time or two in the past few weeks. Now it looks like I lost half my flock as they are all laid out in the laying room. Wrong kind of laying.
It is very funny.
