Yep. Mail the application and you can pay by check or money order for $10 to cover the license cost for the year.

I am so ready for spring to get here so that I can unwrap my chicken runs!!! poor things want outside so bad! Of course once the wind hits them in the face they usually head back in! I'm just so tired of the cold and snow, ready for warm and sunny! Anyone else turn their coops/run into a "plastic palace"???

My run is 3/4 covered with tarp. I left the door uncovered and another corner open the tarp did not cover. I wanted mine to have a little bit of sun some in. the chickens are out most of the dy. Spring is working its way here. My tulips are starting to come up,plus seen two groundhogs when the temps were 45+.

I started the winter with them partly open, but as it got colder and more snow I wrapped them up as tight as I could!
