Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

I looked for you. I met the Mrs. out there after she and my daughter had finished riding. We were there at 1ish, but only to grab some supplies. I was surprised how many birds they did have.

Rose, thanks for the tip. I am trying to find a good place for pond supplies and they seem to carry the stuff for larger ponds. I haven't been able to find a place near me.
I didn't get out there till prolly pushing 3 I think? We are going to hit up Shady maple Saturday morning, if you want to meet up! Meet other crazy chicken people!! Haha! actually I think I am just dragging my family around.. I think I am the crazy chicken person! lol

Where is Shady Maple?

Oh and you are a chicken person, but (starts whispering) it is everyone else who is crazy, they just think they are sane!

Just call around to 84 lumbers and stuff and ASK if they have any skids from shingles, they are different as you can see and they are more square than reg pallets, that way you wont need to add siding to it, we only added a few ripped strips to the larger cracks because of weasels and mice and such.
Thanks, Sally! This helps a lot. Guess I have more pallets to find.
More chicks, eh? Have any BLR ?

Seriously, if I come home with more chickens than I have already, (read:chicken math explosion) I will be building a pallet house for myself first!
I'm trying to be good!!!!

Quote: welcome, and thank you, I needed a giggle! I know your not, I also know how frustrating incubating can be, and for someone already with issues can make for a REALLY STRESSFUL time, so its all good. Sumi deleted most comments and cleaned it up, not that I care! I would have loved to read them to gain some satifaction at her expense, is that bad or what!! LOL I usually am not mean or spiteful either!

Sure do. She is 9, turns 10 in May. We own 1 pony and lease another at a barn not too far from Pickering Valley. My wife is starting to ride. I rode western until college and my daughter is begging me to train English which I guess I will do after tax season is over. My daughter shows but she isn't that competitve about it. She doesn't care if she wins or loses, she just loves being around the horses. There are days I wish she was more competitive and then days I am glad she isn't. In an odd way, I think my daughter is trying to teach me that winning isn't everything. 8)
Baym are you still thinking about goats?

Yep you would go through Elverson to get there :) Maybe 15 min after you Pass TV high school

I stock my pond from Kurtz Fish Hatchery, which is in Elverson. I will have to check it out. My dad's mother's side of the family were PA Dutch and German descent. Wow, could they cook!

One step at a time! One small baby step. I would love nigerian dwarf goats.

Very cool!
We leased a small pony last year, this year she has her own pony, since she shows no sign of losing interest after 4 years.
I rode growing up, competed in eventing up until 4 years ago.
