These are my peep suites LOL! look what I found this morning in there, I had 3 broody hens and finally 2 hatched out, I have an other dozen between the other 2 girls that are close to being ready,

If my EE's start to lay again (the green egg ones) I can hatch some if anyone wants them, they are covered by a lemon orp, so I don't know what you'll get.

so much for empty bators, you need to hatch to have all those roosters.

I wouldn't go THAT far, DH will KILL me if I eat the rest of his roosters!! LOL

Hmmm, that mans I have about 3-4 weeks left for my oldest pullets to lay then. I got them the end of january.

Hey guys i know there is a few hatching people here so I figured I'd ask. One of my Large fowl cochin hens went broody so I found 13 eggs of various breeds I have been drooling over to put under her. Twelve out of 13 hatched. Have never had that great of a shipped hatch rate! Anyway is that to many chicks for her to mother? She seems to be covering them just fine. She is just beside herself having all those little ones. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks! Kristen. Oh and ps I will take pictures later today

Bought a turkey from a friend of mine. He had an extra tom to get rid of. Not sure what breed it is. From what I have seen on the net, I have a bad feeling it is an eastern wild. Now what do I do? Eat it?
