Looooooooonnnnggggg weekend! Mother Earth News Fair was sooooooooo informative!!! I think my brain is still on overload!!! I took Incubating 101, think I may have convinced myself to actually try. Fiancee took Pluck alot a chickens....so now he's prepared to butcher....but I still think we'll let someone else do it.

Patricks, I got an email from Dr. Hanshaw that she was setting it all up with you. I'll send you my email to keep me up to date.

Sally, those puppies are adorable! We don't have dogs (i know, blasphemy) but with our crazy schedules, can't give them the love they deserve (and I wouldn't subject any more animals to the 5 grandchildren, that's just cruel!)

Ok, so now I've decided I want brahmas in the spring...who has them?

Thank you for all the birthday and well wishes. Not exactly how I had planned to spend my birthday...but I hear there's another one coming next year for me, so I won't sweat it.

I will build you a brooder box, give you a lamp with bulb and have the waterers and feeders

And you can keep and share what you want. I have to do some serious building before I would add anymore. The trip Saturday kinda made me a bit fuller than I was. Kinda added 5 more. And yes I know some were small and Wing wanted me to take a bunch of her wee ones. I would def need to make a bantam only pen.
 
Patricks, seriously...if you get bored building at your place, PLEASE come out to mine! I need to build a duck enclosure in the garage...the crate the ducklings are in is getting a bit crowded....and duck doesn't even go in it.
