I woke to an awesome surprise ever today. My first eggs!! I'm so excited!!!!

Turkeys are pretty easy in the winter. They don't mind the snow at all. They aren't as domesticated as chickens. They are also good flyers. I would keep free ranging.

Were they from the RIRs? I only got one egg out of the tractor yesterday and it was so tiny... you must have gotten two of the more mature girls!

Ya I think they were from them. They were very small just a bit over the size of a quarter.
