Well, yesterday, we tore down the kids' frame pool that we had up. It was just a $100 pool that we got on sale at the beginning of last summer. Long story short, I broke the filter and the pool got a leak. I guess they're not really made for the long term. Anyway, I convinced my husband to let me keep the entire frame setup for it to use as a big outdoor playpen for chicks next spring. All I have to do is pick up a roll of chicken wire to zip tie around it and some bird netting to put over the top. They'll be able to go out on the grass and play with plenty of room. The pool was 14 ft in diameter and 4 ft deep so that will give them just over 150 sq ft of playroom and lots of heads pace to practice flying as the get bigger. In my mind, a wonderful way to recycle :) We also saved the pump to the filter to use for hydroponics :)

Brian passed in April (OMG! Lmp, my b-i-l passed in April after getting the flu). Josh will be 14 in one week. He passed out today, and the doctors say that it is his heart. Here he is after his EKG. :th

Glad that he's okay! :hugs I once very nearly passed out during a prolonged job training session about 4 years ago, which was super scary and embarrassing. But that seemed like a one time thing. I get vertigo (like what LMP explains below) from time to time, from standing up too fast or out of nowhere, but am on BP meds and get yearly checkups. Sending positive vibes your way!

don't know, just popped into me little head,...only because when i had all my heart stuff checked out, this was one of the issues we were addressing....
so, I am very glad to hear his testing came back normal!!...hopefully he just had some episode that will never arise again.

these girls are very vocal!..Louise sounds like a goose...Thelma pecks everything..i mean everything. She was trying to pick off a little scab on my leg, then she went for my freckles!

I think you are referring to Orthostatic Hypotension...
