Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

I've been reading over all their info and I'm interested in doing one of their mixed options. I think we're done with babies other then our meaties for the year but will probably put an order in for next year. Haven't even made it through the list of what they have yet.
I ordered a lot of the assorted ones. The first group came in March and suffered heavy losses due to the cold weather and the accidentally shipped them Priorty (not Express). The shipments in warmer weather were much better.
With the assortments, they ship you whatever is left over after all the regular orders are filled. I have gotten some rare stuff that was marked as sold out for the year, but also some common stuff. All are straight run and so you will need to deal with the roos.

Hubby made doors today. Going to paint it tomorrow I think. He made the doors into an M for our last name and plans on useing it for winter storage as well. 8x16x6

Did you check to see if shes egg bound? Hope she gets better!
I grabbed her the other night but didn't feel any egg. She is a light bodied chicken. But the last two days she seems normal. Just no eggs. I researched the yard area yesterday, under the coop and in the littles coop. Sometimes she likes to lay in their pen. Nothing. Doesn't look like she is molting. ‍♀️

We got back from vacation last night, came home a bit early. First thing I did was check on my flock, Haha! They were all fine, thankfully! My one bumblefoot girl still is having a swollen foot, but I will have time to attend to her again today.

Next, I came inside and checked my incubator. The humidity when I left was at 70%, it I think that was due to condensation around the sensor. Last night it was 30%, so I added some water. Hopefully I still can get a few to hatch, and at least one AC female.

You know you're a crazy chicken lady when you go on vacation and take pictures of other peoples chickens. These were other residents in the neighborhood, no one we knew.

Hoping to pick up midget white chicks today. :fl
