Did you use syringe to feed her the probiotics and anti fungus medicine? If she wouldn’t eat herself, you can always give her some with syringe. Also, if she has organ failure, then no matter what you do wouldn’t work. I had two chickens with Marek disease having the same issue. If it’s organ failure, they can slowly digest at the first few days, and get worse later.
I have no idea what it is. This one is from Dennis before he started vaccinating. I guess I can try a syringe, but thing thing is that her crop is huge and dangling down, so I don't think I should stuff more in there. I tried a bra but she didn't like it and just bent her head down until it was off.

How could you tell it was organ failure?

No advice, but just wanted to say I am sorry your poor girl is not well. I hope you can find something to ease her discomfort.
Ok everyone, we have permission to hold a swap at Prince Gallitzin State Park! We're going to hold it on Saturday, August 6th. That gives us lots of time to advertise. We're hoping to make it a big one! I'm going to create an event page on Facebook sometime in the next couple days. In trying to spread it far and wide and make sure everyone everywhere knows so this can be a huge success! We will be using area 1 of muskrat Beach. There's plenty of parking and lots of grassy space :) Just thought I'd share with you all too in case anyone is interested in coming.

What is a swap like? Like most things up here in the wilderness we don't seem to have such a thing, at least I have never heard of it. I assume much like a swap meet for "stuff" this one is for birds?

Everyone pulls in and sets up their cages and pens and whatever with all their birds, goats, pigs or whatever else they decide to bring (no dog/cat sales permitted). We all just hang out, wander around to everyone's different setups, buy, sell, and trade. I usually have a canopy set up with all my hen saddles, decals, and sometimes tutus. This is the first one that we'll have at the park so I'm hoping a lot of people come. Here are a couple pictures from past swaps.
