I think Sams Club was having a special on Fudge!

I tried some and it was amazing! Had some from Gardner's and wasn't that impressed.

I LOVE that sams club table with the fudge! LOL! Just too expensive for my taste. It would be gone in like 2 seconds. LOL!

I just tried out a simple recipe...not sure how it will come out though.
24 oz Semisweet choc chips
14 oz Sweetened Condensed milk
1/4 cup butter
1 cup (optional) chopped walnuts
Put all ingredients except nuts in microwave safe bowl. Zap 3-5 minutes on 50% power, stirring 1-2 times during until chips are melted. Grease generously a 9x13 glass pan. Pour mixture into pan, smooth. Chill. The End. Oh wait...EAT!

I will try this also! Let us know how it tastes. How long is the chilling time?!

Is it done YET???

I know right!!!! They had a special of 3 bars for $15 and I sincerely thought about it!!

But then I got my Magnum bar and everything was better.

LMAO!!! I DO also consider it when it's 3 for anything 15 or less...but I'd have to buy it and hide it from all my chocolate lovin children. LOL! It would be probably the quickest 15 bucks I've ever spent besides going to the casino.

I reread the recipe...you're supposed to put it in an 8x8...but I think that would be entirely too thick.

Also...When I nuked it...it came out kinda grainy...so i mixed in another can of condensed milk...so it's super creamy! yumm!

Okay, so 2 Cans of condensed milk? Cool! I may do this now. Do you think I can use powdered coco?

Okay Ladies and gents! I just candled my eggs and out of 18 I have 12 viable 1 looks unfertile (I'm giving it another 2 days), and 5 that I have NO idea what to do with! LOL!
Meaning....
They are just TOO darn dark and I can't see veining...and I can BARELY make out an air sack.

I don't want to just call it quits with them, but I also don't want them to explode either and kill the other babies....(I just REALLY don't think I can handle losing another whole flock.

So question is...What do I do with the 5 eggs that are too dark to see through?!?! Do I just let it go? One of 2 is a copper maran egg (so I think I heard right) so I REALLY don't want to lose those ones if at all possible.

HELP!!

If you're worried about it exploding, just put the egg under your nose and take a big whiff.
