AWWWW how cute missy!!!   Missy what did you santize the bator with during inubation and also can you see any mold in your water wells?

No mold in the water wells..but then, I didn't use them...I had sponges on the side where the turner didn't meet the edge...and I had paper towel over the metal grid over the water wells...so I don't think the water ever reached them. Cleaned the bator before use...mild alcohol solution.

I have 2 Black Australorp chicks so far, with tons of others pipped. Starting to hatch on day 23. As long as they are healthy I don't give a crap.

I am going to the Farm Show on Tuesday. Taking DD out of school for the adventure. I want to be able to look at the chickens at leisure. DO NOT RUSH ME WHILE I AM LOOKING AT THE POULTRY PLEASE. I can get really grumpy, and put on the hey b i t c hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh get out the way look quick. That is why I am not going on the weekend!
