Sally, why not hatch some bourbon reds? Picked some eggs up off ebay I have in now. Just remember, 28 days. They should be eating size for thanksgiving!

sounds like a plan, I will research more until then. DH says one thing and then changes his mind, BUT if we are going to start processing roos and can actually go through with it, I want to grow out our holidays meals too. It would be nice to get a system going so I have a bird ready for each one.
