Pennsylvania!! Unite!!

does anyone know what testing and paperwork I would have to have to sell eggs at a local sat flea market....this is a local garden type market that runs all summer long on saturdays, alot of the elderly go to it, i think it would be a good market to hit for egg sales...
anyone know about meat sales, I was told year's ago that there's a different set of rules as far as you taking the meat off the farm and the consumr coming to you...

I tried looking on things like usda sites, but not understood they didn't dummy it down enough for rednecks like me.
Have you tried anyone/thing local? Like Harriburg site?"Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Agriculture...this is the number for Bureau of Animal Health & Diagnostics Services: 717-783-9550...I don't know if they can help, maybe send you in the correct direction. I hope this helps alittle.

wow !!!! I can not believe how quiet my basement wall is today.......this would be my wall of brooders, not one bird in there right now,,,,,,,now before everyone offers,,,,,NO, NO, AND NO......I still need to get to Eli
s to pick up the 2 ducks. hopefully no later than sat if work schedule allows

so you see i will have atleast those 2 ducks in there.....

just seems weird to be spring and have no chicks in the house......maybe I will let the broodies have some eggs......

My brooder is noisy, thanks Wing!! It's funny, I wanted Call Ducklings for so long, and now that I have them I'm scared to death of hurting them!! These babies are the size of a golfball folks!! I need to do research, like where do I get the Niacin I keep hearing they need? Wing, you were right about your brooder temps too, they didn't care for how hot I had it, now it's at 84* and all are happy! Those D'anvers are precious too! I love that they already have the barring in their wings, can't wait to see the finished result!

I have a pirate one, too, from the mid-90's, Muppet Treasure Island. I had a Miss Piggie once upon a time, too.

Today's random question:

What Muppet are you?
Today?...I'd have to go with Animal!!! hahaha..I have an "Animal" puppet. He looks just like the on on tv...you can move the eyebrows up & down and obviously the mouth. He has Velcro on his hands, so he can "wrap" around your neck or where-ever....real cool guy!

Ive looked but they really contradict them selves in the way they word things,,,seems these things are set up for the large production houses......

AHHH, yes, one does have to watch the backside.....maybe in "hypothetical" questions??!! I think- now you know I"m an expert on NOTHING- here, that your birds have to be tested by someone who is CPT certified.. if you want to sell. hope I don't sound like an idiot!

I'm not having much luck finding a goose or two for my lone surviving goose, so figured I'd post again just in case! I'm in northern nj right by the poconos. I'm not picky about sex or breed and would be willing to purchase or adopt.

Let me know if you have any available or if you know anyone who might! Thanks so much! The living goose is very stressed about losing his friend so suddenly.
