.....glad not to be there!!!!

Yeah that would be great - with hubbys work, he works odd days and anywhere from PA to CT/NY so getting places can be difficult unless he is home. Should do one for central PA lol

I've had a ton of water & an headache tablet this morning and a coffee to kickstart me & am starting to feel better LOL

Thanks all! I'm finally up and about.... : )

We had a GREAT time last night!! It was nice seeing some of you again & meeting others for the first time!! You are all a fun group of random people who are welcome back anytime!!
Although, next time, the last person to leave must take chad with them!!! ; )
Thank you, things turned out great after all...........I really need to get out more often instead of working.

I spent the night in the ER. I fell down my mom's boyfriend's bank and twisted my ankle. It swelled up and turned black and blue immediately. Thankfully it isn't broke that they can see. I have ligament damage and I have to wear a splint. I am trying to use it as much as possible - last night I couldn't walk on it at all. I can't get a hang of the crutches....

So, that was my excitement for my Saturday.

I am revamping my flock and selling birds again. Bantam Orps (blue, black and chocolate), LF chocolate & mauve Orp project, some Mille Fleur bantam Cochins, ducks and geese. Pm me if interested in anything.

Here are two of our new babies. One more hatched this morning but is not dry yet and I didn't want to take it out from under momma.

Hey all:

Picked up my new coop today...serious PIA getting off the trailer and in place....a coat of paint and a pen and I'll be good to go...BTW do chickens like long strait runs say 5'x20' or would a square be better?

Hey everyone!
I'm considering showing at the Lebanon county fair. I have questions if anyone knows.
In the catalog #6 Fair will supply coops. Chairperson will be in charge of all feedings. Pens that are dirty must be cleaned. Shavings will be available.
Now when I did the farm show, they took care of the animals all week long. I am going to do the York fair and they clean and feed as well. My friend shows rabbits and said she never did the Lebanon fair because they don't feed or clean. Does this mean I have to clean them? I live in York county and it would take me an hour to get there, and an hour to drive back. If this is the case I am assuming not many people show there unless they live close or camp out!
Thanks!

I really couldn't tell you for sure but I would feel like the long rectangle would is better because they have more room to literally run and fly around.
