they will also need to be processed sooner or you will end up with 50 pound turkey,,,with all that aside, the broad breasted have such a great personality that it seems wrong to process.
Yes, they will be separate. I was going to begin with dinner for this year (BBW) and BR for reproducing future dinners (and selling some poults to deflect feed costs). The BBW are coming before the BW, so I will be either choosing a BBW and BBB or two BBW. I think I may as well try both at the same time. BR will be coming next month. IDK when yet.
I am going to do my best to not get attached. I am able to eat my own chickens now, and I killed the first one. YOU may get a visit from me come September or October though. If I can, I will bring others that need your experience. The car is going to smell so good.
