Thank you! The chickens decided to do their "molt-thang" in the middle of all the crazy cold stuff this winter. It was pretty bad, I didn't know if My BL(Ginger) would make it..she would just sit there and look so out of it. She wouldn't eat, she would sit in the far end corner of the coop all pooffed up looking real bad. They eat like horses!! Can't wait to use the garden as supplement!!
I miss everyone here too!!...Do you know if Green Dragon is open "Good"Friday?....Todd and I will be there that day if they are..would LOVE to bump into anyone willing to be there too!![]()
This is the coolest thing! My mom gave this to me, she does the on-line auctions...great stuff at great prices!!! This was in a 'lot' she purchased...it is perfect for collecting eggs, and when not in use, it collapses for storage.

What an awesome find! AUGH I'll have to keep my eye out for one now! xD too cool
my barn kitty had her first litter (5) in september. She was incredibly inept as well. Sorry for your struggles and I hope it all goes better. ^^ They sound adorableKitten update...
Night had 8 kittens. The blue mackerel tabby died. She has 3 solid blacks, one black tortie, an orange that looks spotted tabby (the runt) and two tabbies (one classic and one mackerel) that may or may not be calico. They look like they have orange spots, but I really can't tell.
She had them back to back. She didn't take the time to help break sacs or clear noses. I am sure the one that died was the one I helped and was trying to clear his nose. He was in his sac the longest and I had to break it open because he wasn't able to. She did finally take care of the placentas. It took her until after 2pm. She kept resting. She's tired, hungry and dehydrated. She left them once already and I was concerned about whether or not she was going to go back to them. It took her a bit, but she did and gave me an evil look like I was trying to steal them.
