As I'm sitting here waking up, I opened the curtains to let some of the morning light in and my little Chip started working on his crow welcoming in the new day lol. I'm loving it!

I asked this before but it might have gotten overlooked. Is Chip (OEGB) going to be able to mate with the big girls (BCM & EE) when full grown or will he be too small to make contact. I don't want to have to separate him all the time but I want to make sure that my girls are being fertilized by my BCM boys. Chip can have his little OEGB girlie and the silkies all he wants lol

My golden sebright had a thing for my ameracauna hen. Her eggs were fertile a lot. Weird though, because I never really saw them mating. I imagine she squatted for him though...

LMP the yellow bit on my map is our coverage area for work. I have been from Berwick to Crossfork all in one day.

I don't envy you! We drove home from VA last night and traffic was a bear. Added 2 hours to our travel time, pure torture for my back.

Attempt to start lawn mower. Fail.
Try starter fluid. Fail.
Pull fuel line. No fuel.
Drop fuel tank. Empty. Clean.
Get fuel flow. Put everything back on.
Start mower. Turn on blades. Belt off
Stop mower, put belt back on.
Start again. Belt breaks.
Go to eBay. Order new belt.
Let grasss grow another week.
Go have drink. (the only good part)

Isn't getting everything restarted for another year fun?

I am there approximately twice a month, but I didn't make it this evening. We usually sit on the opposite side of the auctioneer on the top bench up against the wall.

I should take notes on where everybody sits,, I never know anyone when I am there

There needs to be an official Pennsylvania Unite 'dress code' for outings. Something like a red shirt, black baseball cap or something along those lines. Congratulations! You enablers and poultry pimps are affecting my dreams. In last nights segment of crazy dreams, a cousin sent me six eggs, and when I went to crack them open, three of the had live baby chicks. And I remember thinking how wonderful that was because that's what I wanted anyways.

sounds like me...flat tire on boat trailer...(went flat over the winter)...refilled with air...24hrs later an egg on the outside of the tire and had to swap out with the spare...log splitter, is froze up...bad hydrolic pump, water in the reservoir froze ....$500 later,....lost 10 maters, and a bunch of other stuff in the last rain/freeze trying to garden early...

some times its tough to catch a break.....lol...
