I'm about 1/2 hour north of Harrisburg and could set you up with either a young salmon faverolles or cuckoo marans cockerel.

I sure am interested in one of your cockerels. I'm in Carlisle where are you north of Harrisburg? Also how much are you charging? I did pm you also.

Good evening all:

Just can't fight a broody girl....so, I have set some eggs under her.....and tomorrow I'll add a couple more.....so, if anyone is interested in some olive eggers...talk to me in three weeks....or next spring they'll be POL....

With the exception of my OE laying (#2 today, under the broody), egg production has been slow....mostly its the new girls from FF have gone off line, and adding three young adolescent girls to the big coop and a reliable layer going broody have thing really slowed down....c'est la vie.....

also, sat out tonight and started hearing acorns dropping....think it will be a bumper crop for the deer....

this may shed some light on the expression : " pulling your hair out" when under stress...................never knew it was all due to expectant bunnies!
