Tiny's first egg! And true to her name, quite an adorable tiny egg! I literally squealed when I opened the coop to find this little thing! No shame!

(She turned 22 weeks old on Sunday for age reference )

How much would anyone pay for white leghorns under a year my friend has five forsale and he paid 3.50 each

noooo....she is usually up around 8..ish...give or take on the day
bedtime is mostly 9ish, when she stays over sometimes we will watch "sprout' in bed till 10.

Her daddy brought her over this morning @ 9. , she has been up since 730...her sinuses are giving her grief. poor little girl....she is so stuffy.

I woke her after she'd been asleep over fourteen hours. Now she won't stop laying her head down.
Hope she feels better.

wow, sounds like she is trying to catch-up on sleep or is getting something, maybe. I hope not..it is so tough to watch the little ones suffer when they get sick..Give her a big hug for me please..

omgosh, going to try to explain this without you loosing your breakfast..haha, well..Bug was helping me make biscotti & we were binge watching "Sophia the first", yeah i know, but this is one of those days to just sit relax and not pressure her brain..anyway, she was coming back into the kitchen to tell me what was happening on the show ..she sneezed..omgawd!!

..poor thing, I thought for sure half her brain came out of her nose!!....
she was gaging & everything...after we got her cleaned up, she was so happy & even had an extra little pep in her step...hahaha,
guess i would feel better too after getting that poodle sized amoeba out of me..my gosh..where do they keep that stuff?!?!

...she is in for her nap now...i told her she could taste test the biscotti & dog treats when she got up. Made her very happy

Now don't freak out, the "dog treats" are all made with human food, they actually could be a very good on the trail snack for anyone.

They are made with oats, peanut butter, eggs(of course), cinnamon, a bit of vanilla..you get the picture, then baked. When ever i make biscotti I make the treats because the biscotti recipe calls for 2 eggs to be separated..well, now I have 2 egg yolks..what am i supposed to do with them??..AH! Dog treats!!...
My two poms are sensitive(belly) to a lot of commercial foods...especially Ceasar, he is 13 , but is very good, no, great for his age!

i am not any help with this one, sorry. Not very educated on the leghorns, wouldn't know the first thing to charge.

although, if your just talking chickens in general..if they are near laying age..i would suppose that would or may be a point for asking a little more?...just a thought..
There are much more educated people on here than me , obviously.

Daffodil has her babies out! There was a lot of confusion this morning when she left the nest this morning. She left her babies and went outside lol. I thought she was going to abandon them but i put them out with her and within an hour, they all figured it out. She's doing great as a mama now

Any one with seramas nearby I would like to start breeding them but I only want a pair to start with.

me too...but then, went to a specific breeder, that is what and all they do. So, was willing to pay it.
Look at the price some pay for eggs! And there is NO guarantee with those things!
5.00 for a bird is extremely reasonable..pure bred or not..just what i think. They are almost 1 year old...yeah, very reasonable.
