Our Ruby (blue heeler) loves the snow. She is waiting for me to make a snoe ball so she can catch it.

We are up to 9-15”, and out of heating oil. It’s all good. Heaters will get me through until I get a delivery tomorrow.

Wow, you guys are getting dumped on hard! We've had mostly sleet and freezing rain so it doesn't look like there's much out there but it's slick. Maybe an inch of sleet so far. Maybe it's going to hit is harder later :/ Everyone stay safe!

My husband it safely to work but said that he probably should've stayed home. At one point on his drive, which goes over the mountain, he said it looked like the plows hasn't gone through at all and there was about a foot of snow on the road. I'm guessing that was an exaggeration but still. He said about half the people called off and some are stuck, trying to get there. The good news is, apparently, my new car does well in the snow lol.

I remember my first real job. I lived within sight of the convenience store, and everyone else lived several towns away. Some of you actually might be familiar with Akron, Ohio. I lived nearby in Cuyahoga Falls for a while.
Anyway, I had a key to open the store on bad weather days. It was an easy check since there were rarely customers. I would just drink coffee, and dance around. Sometimes I even brought the baby (I was raising Andrew for a while) if he woke early.
