My run project has come to a standstill as I Contemplate how to keep critters from getting in from under without hurting my back digging out the area to lay down the chicken wire. DH used a tractor on the other run. I've thought about just piling rocks around the base on the outside, I'm not strong, but I'm persistent -1 or 2 large rocks per day and I should have it finished by.... August?

Welcome to all the new members!!! I am going to get 4 royal palm poults tonight!! I have 3 broodies right now. I am actually thinking of letting them sit.........
 
I have a black silky, buff, white, a show girl, and a darker brown silky ( I know what they are called but it has slipped my mind at the moment) I think I have a total of 6 or 7 silkies. One of which is a white rooster. Sorry i didn't get to respond lastnight. If I know someone is interested in them then I won't take them to Roots. As I would rather see them go to one of my BYC friends. Thanks

Partridge, that is the word I was looking for.. LOL Sorry about that. And I have 6 silkie's. They are all in a cage right now, which I hate doing. I don't cage my birds normally. Oh how I wish my DH had his old job back.... I wouldn't have to do this then.. I'm so sad that I have to give up my silkie's.
